First off, it's not like cold and flu season only hits during the winter, so there's plenty of opportunities to use our copycat recipe in the summer. Starbucks Medicine Ball Tea is also a pleasant summer beverage as well with its light peach flavor, but for me personally, I enjoy it year round. It has definitely replaced my former go to drink when under the weather; hot apple cider.
What is a Medicine Ball at Starbucks?
I’ll share how to order it at your local Starbucks and I’ll also share how to make it at home for less.
With cold and flu season creeping up on us and even the winter changes this is just a great pick me up that can soothe the sniffles and sore throat. I always send to friends when they’re not feeling 100% and everyone loves it!
This also comes in a clutch when ALLERGY season hits in the spring and you're feeling all congested.
Starbucks medicine ball name: Some call this drink the “Medicine Ball,” but others refer to it as the “Cold Buster.” Unlike some secret menu items, many baristas know it by name. It has become so popular Starbucks has finally added it to their main menu so you know it’s good. They call it the Honey Citrus Mint Tea.
