    More Information

    Hours: starting at 20 hours a week
    Location: can be anywhere, but would prefer Treasure Valley Area of Idaho for some in-office days.

    Role: Responsible for the frontline communication (prioritization of incoming messages & email to me and my team) while providing customer service to our community and keeping me scheduled and organized during this entrepreneurial adventure as we have grown 5x over in the last 2 years at recording breaking speed.

    Responsibilities to Include:
    1. Email management of multiple accounts
    2. Social media management (can learn on job)
    3. Manage Randi’s calendar & Asana
    4. Light social media scheduling/simple content creation
    5. Coordination of website pop-ups (can learn on job)
    6. Multi-use of created content: blog post creation with video, and uploading via planners.
    7. Manage some personal tasks
    8. Attend daily meetings. 

    In Depth Assistant Responsibilities:

    • Email management: deleting, forwarding & follow-up; identifying important email and getting those to RO. 
    • Messenger management: deleting, tagging and follow-up in social media chats / notifications and tags; identifying important messages and getting those to RO.
    • Managing RO calendar:  adding events, blocking time, reminding RO of obligations and identifying places where we can improve.
    • Social media scheduling for RO:  creation of images for quotes, Pinterest boards, scheduling of content on FB page, IG Page, scheduling of RO created content to FB group/IG stories-reels /TikTok. 
    • Planning with RO for upcoming posts within her voice for AmazingStealz.com
    • Lead magnet creation for social media posts.
    • WisePop creation, overview and schedule.
    • Blog post outline creation around content RO creates, Via Program, Randi will teach. . 
    • Blog post editorial calendar 
    • Check in each day with RO.
    • Check in each day with KS for #s.
    • Attend meetings and report data.

    Assistant Task Results:

    • Complete customer service within a timely manner.
    • Implement complete social media strategy and blog content for AmazingStealz.com.
    • Assure that RO has space in calendar and knows what is upcoming.
    • Increase leads for AmazingStealz.com with landing pages, content and email strategies.
    • RO never to miss another important message, tag or email.

    Assistant Contract Task Requirements:

    • Consistent attention to email accounts.
    • Ability to learn programs, will train 
    • Technical knowledge to create and maintain digital calendar/scheduler. (PlannThis etc. ) 
    • Ability to use basic text image – editing software (ie Canva).
    • Brainstorm and organize content creation with RO.
    • Maintain and implement an editorial calendar.
    • Communication daily with RO.
